seriousness.. hmm… bz lately.. working 8 hours a day sis my max efficiency.. Overtime i feel tired..

Some says.. get a gf..(gf = overhead)

nah… my only problem is money..a lot of resources given to maintain a personal trainer… as a trainer makes u smile while teach u to shout and curse people… good trainer, good trainer..

lately.. I been advised to reduce up my RPM (riadah penuh maksiat).. felt tired & pain on my leg.. I have to run again..
